Born with a silver guitar in my mouth, I soon had it surgically removed so I could play it with my hands, once I wiped the slime off it. I got serious about songwriting, oh about 15 years ago. I don't know if I enjoy writing, playing, singing, recording, playing live, or water-skiing more. Probably writing, and I don't water-ski anyway. Born in Brooklyn, raised on LI, NY, I've made northern NJ, USA my home for the last 20 years. It's more rural than you think, folks. And a great place to raise my three kids, who all somehow inherited the last name Alt from me. |
