Robbie and Ronnie Morris are MORRIS CODE. Born and raised in the "First Family of Southern Rock" --the VanZant family: Lynyrd Skynyrd and 38 Special-- Robbie and Ronnie are Johnny's and Donnie's nephews. Robbie began his professional career as drummer at age 14 and made his first record with Johnny VanZant at age 17. Together they toured nationally for over 16 years and made five albums and several MTV videos. Since the JOhnny VanZant Band, Robbie has played in numerous bands, including Morris Code.
Named after his uncle Ronnie VanZant, Ronnie Morris (Little Ronnie) has played with numerous bands as well.
